Probably a generic 7005 aluminium alloy frame from Taiwan - RSI the UK importers of Ambrosio rims and wheels from Italy also marketed their own brand of Ambrosio bikes including a Stelvio model - the fact that it has an Ambrosio fork too confirms it's origins. Levers look like Campagnolo Veloce, circa 2000. For £160 this is a good deal by the looks of it - not quite retro but getting there.
