Frame, wheels, bar and stem. Scruffy, but cheap. Says '89 - '90 - I would have thought '90 - '91, and 20".

the seller mentions a ding in toptube ( not clear if the picture is supposed to show it) and with a swiss "correctness" tags it as "defekt"
so probably pub pike rather than mtb :?:
