Hi, bit puzzled by sizing! The VN site seems to call this the "effective size 18"" judging by seat tube measurements. BUT VN gives a significantly longer top tube (actual and effective) than 21.25". Perhaps the head tube length would confirm whther it's a 16.5 or an 18 (in VN terms!).
