SRAM Red WiFli rear mech or XX Medium Cage (10-speed)

Thinking of adding some bigger sprockets to the road bike so I'm keeping an eye out for either the WiFli version of the SRAM Red rear mech or the XX in Medium Cage, which I gather will also work with my 10-speed setup.
