Then make yourself a flu pack , zinc, vitamin C ( 1000mg fizzy things), garlic, echinacea and paracetamol either incorporate it into your diet, or at the first sign of a sniffle get on it with the flu pack. It is not often I get a cold, but when I do, the fizzy vit C things I take the maximum RDA of 4g, that is 4 tablets to get a serious boost of the stuff. Also good for shifting hang overs too. The echinacea is an immune system stimulant, but it can only be taken for a couple of weeks at a time.
