Hi Guys,
Today i went to Hemswell in Lincolnshire to look for bargins at a car-boot, well when i was coming home i spotted something in the distance
which to me looked like a white inflated bin bag blowing about the road, a car came up behind me to overtake me then he decided not to because as
we got closer to this 'white thing' it was one of those recumbent machines ! It was fully enclosed in a fairing with a clear canopy.
This guy wasn't going fast but he was on a fast road and because he was so low to the ground he could hardly be seen,
he'd not even got any of those long fibre-glass rods with a flag on the top so you could see him better :shock:
In my eyes he shouldn't have been on the road in such windy/raining/busy conditions :roll:
I would have hated to come up behind him ! he was being blown about and if a lorry passed him....Gulp !
