This may be helpful, not sure if you have double or single eyelet 217, single is common. I was thinking about doing a video on how bicycle mechanics calculated spoke length before the internet became ubiquitous. I tend to use at least 2 different methods or more when spoke length is critical or with radial or rim sizes below 20 inches, such as modified trials wheels.
