I'll tell them.. pile of old tat. Grossly overpriced.. £29.97 BIN price. But I'll take it off his hands, because rear mudguard looks useful..and saves him a trip to the tip.

Looks like a Rockhopper, from 1995 or thereabouts, that's fallen on hard times. It probably rode well enough in its original condition but, yeah, £30 max in its present state, and that's if it was just down the road so there wasn't any postage cost.
