Hi, so I'm trying to fix up my old rockhopper from circa 1998 (I don't think it's ever been serviced!)
It needs a new bottom bracket but I have managed to strip the threads trying to get off the crank. If I can get the crank off is it worth trying to save these cranks? Or should I just bin them and buy some new cranks? The crank is still stuck on so any tips on how to get the thing off will be appreciated! It's the drive side which is stuck, I got the other side of without any issues.
Been thinking about sticking a single speed crank up front as the bike is only used for city riding.
