specialized fsr palmer frame limited edition. fleck paint!

Hi all, i have an original or reproduction 1990's specialized FSR Palmer limited edition frame with stickers and black fleck paint as pictured below but without the forks, can anyone tell me anything about this frame and what is it worth if anything and how can i tell if original or fake?
