As per the title.
I wonder if anyone has either a 19" frame or complete bike lying around.
Existing is broken and would like to either build up with existing components or have complete bike.
This is to be used as daily rider so structual integrity a must over cosmetics.
As you probably guessed don't want to fork out too much.
