Specialized 1999 M4 S Works 15.5 inch Frame

measurements:
centre to top = 15.5 inch
centre to centre 14 inch
Top tube centre to centre 20.5
Selling with Ritchey WCS headset, unused since installed last month and Ritchey seatpost with specialized seatclamp.
Frame is good condition with a few chips and rubs, bit of chainsuck etc but nothing major, as to be expected but no dings or dents.
Frame comes with headset and seatpost but the bottom bracket shown in pics does not.
First year of M4 so V brake only
Looking for £140 posted to mainland UK
