Solved Karrimor - missing hooks to clamp to bottom of the pannier rack.

Bought some 80's or 90's Karrimors, but the red ones don't have the clamps.
So I'm missing hooks to clamp to bottom of the pannier rack.
Do I craft some myself from enriched Uranium or can I still buy them somewhere.
