Is it a thick spindle one? I only ask as I’ve just tried to transfer a Suntour QR from one frame to another and it’s too thick for the new frame.

Haven't got a vernier to hand, I'll try and find a pen or something to photograph it next to later.

Thick, like 8mm diameter, not thicc like nice ladies.

I need something like the diameter of a normal wheel qr. It’s odd as the frames are both pretty much identical ‘80s Araya just different sizes. Stumped me when I went to fit it to the other one.

Vernier gauge is in top workshop at other end of a field, and we're in the middle of a storm, so have nothing more technical to hand...

Looks the same size as mine when I use the pen comparison! Maybe going to try and adapt a wheel skewer.

Yeah, think this is definitely bigger diameter than a wheel skewer. Good luck!!
