Suntour Cyclone GT MKII, these were one of the lightest rear derailleurs you could buy especially in long cage. At an actual 171.9g even now there are only the likes of the Campag Super Record Carbon and Dura Ace GS from the 10 & 11 speed groups that are lighter.
I've given it a reasonable clean including stripping the lower pulley, the Suntour Cyclone transfer is faded so you can barely make out the words and there's some wear to the pulley teeth too.
All said and done it does work just fine.
