SOLD Kids Ridgeback MX14 & MX16

Couple of kids bikes for sale. Collection only from Leeds (or Harrogate where I work), or can deliver locally.

Both bikes are in good condition, usual chips here and there. MX16 does have a bit of paint missing on rear dropout which is shown in the pics. Neither bike has had that much use so tyres still look pretty new. Both come with stabilisers.

£45 each ono.

If you're getting the smaller one you may as well get the bigger one, you'll need it in a couple of years....

just got my son the MX16 - tidy little bike - do you know if the headset is definitely 1"?? (looking to replace the one on my sons)....
i'd be tempted to get the MX14 if i hadn't just bought a bike for my youngest

Not sure on the headset size, headtube looks chunky enough for it to be 1 1/8" but stem looks more 1". Its a kids bike so by law they don't seem to be able to just use standard bits its probably a 1 1/8" headset with the locking nut being a weird 1 1/8-1" reducer.... If I remember later I'll measure up on the MX14.

Think I may be right on the weirdness. Stem is definitely 1", but headtube seems way too big to be 1", certainly way bigger (exteranl) diameter than my 1" road bike. You'll need to remove the existing one to be sure.

Oh and bump for the MX14 still being for sale.
