As pictured, bought these for the lowers but changed plans! What you see is what you get! Sanctions appear to operate smoothly with no leaks.. Paint condition is as pictured with no major damage to worry about.. looks like someone has had a go at one of the sanction top caps with a crap tool but not unsalvageable!
