For sale is a 1991 Kona Lava Dome.
16" at my best reckoning.
Frame and Project 2 triple butted forks.
Wheels - Mavic M231 on LX hubs.
Shimano LX rear mech and chainset. DX front mech.
Shimano DX brakes with XT levers.
Shimano XT Rapidfire front shifter, DX Rapidfire rear shifter.
Kona velocity Stem.
Profile Design bars.
Kona seat post with Vetta Lite saddle.
Includes a Cog Hog and Crud Claw.
I've had it a while and replaced all the cables, replaced the rusty water bottle bolts with new ones, fitted new Kenda tyres (similar tread style to Panaracer Smoke) and have ridden it precisely once (today!) :facepalm:
Too small for me, and the Mrs doesn't seem interested, so it might as well move to another home.
Paintwork is original and has the usual marks and scratches but is actually in pretty decent shape for it's age. Everything works well, really nothing needs doing to the bike.
