Gutted to have to do this, but needs must unfortunately

1990 Cindercone with original, unrestored paint, some original parts fitted, some period replacements, and a few bits just to get it riding

Spec.

Original 18" frame and fork (one canti boss replaced and working)
Original velocity stem and currently fitted with a mint Tioga Prestige stem
Original Bars
Original front wheel (Suntour XCD hub/Ukai rim)
Mavic 231 ceramic rear with STX hub
Shimano MT60 cranks (painted black with heel rub)
Shimano XT flat pedals
Suntour XC cantis, and very tidy matching levers
White turbo saddle, bit worn but no tears or rips
Onza Porcipaw grips

I still have the original Suntour XCD front mech and (untested, but pretty sure they work) Xpress shifters.

All in, it's a brilliant bike. Fast, simple, retro, and the classic splatter that we loved so much as kids
I don't want to part the bike out, and if I am off on the price, a gentle suggestion is welcomed. However for a complete working daily used reliable retro, I think £130 is fair

Will get some proper sale pics up tomoro evening, but for now, just have a gander at the project thread in my sig
Should also state that post is extra, but I can arrange it quite competitively through work, so won't be more than £20 to uk... probably less. Contact me with an address and I will let you know

Re: 1990 TBG Cindercone Single speed city flier... £130

Will review this with some up-to-date pictures when I get home, but for now, this is as it was first built up.
She now has mint Suntour XC levers instead of the crappy STX ones, Onza Chill Pills, and a white Turbo saddle instead of the X-Lite one pictured

Oh, and she is geared for speed in the city, with a 36:11 setup, not the 34:13 pictured

And the frame size is ??????

It looks bigger than mine, and I'm after a larger version :)

Re: 1990 TBG/Kona Cindercone Single speed city flier... £130

OK. To confirm, this is an classed as an 18" frame, according to the old scholl, retro measuring of Kona. It actually measure 19" c-to-t seat tube, but they measured from the top of the BB shell in those days

At just shy of 6ft 1in, its perfect for me, and my mate at 5ft 9in fits it comfortably too

Photo update time....
Obligatory "bike in the kitchen before the wife gets home" shots.... sorry about the quality, and the road dirt (paint comes up clean

Tioga Presige stem (you can have the co-ordinated lights)

Hi
Is this still available?
Is the rear mech hanger still ok?
As i would have to put some gears back on as Cornwall is hilly
Would you sell for £130 posted??

Cheers
