looking at the latest pictures of paul gascoine, the way he's going he'll be joining george best very soon.
i'd rather rememeber him in his prime, and he's only 2 years older than me. :shock:
a lesson that wealth and alcohol don't mix in this case.

Yes. I think sadly you're right about Gazza. As a Geordie I have very fond memories of both his footie and his silliness. Who could forget that goal at Wembley against Scotland when he left Colin Hendry flatfooted?

He was part of the last English team that could actually play. Unfortunately he hasn't got it between the ears and will destroy himself. Lovely bloke and such a shame. I used to see George Best smashed out of his face on Champagne ( given him gratis by some trendy London club owner ) slumped on the bar with some dirty gold digga blonde at his side.
