Small old Stumpy in New Jersey

Two questions:

- would this take 24" or 26" wheels?
- if 26", could anyone help me get my hands on it??

I can't even send the seller a message to ask about wheel size let alone international postage!

Yep, it's a first year stumpy, with welds, not lugs. Cool, too bad about it's condition. It's a local pick up for me, about 20 minutes away.

Well, it's probably the best chance I'll see of getting my hands on a first year so I'll have to make do with the condition! What do you make of it? It doesn't look terrible apart from the big patch on the top tube - how bad does that look to you?
