This is an origional Sintessi which I have owned since new in 1996.
It was bought as a Frame Only from Dooley's Cycles in Pailsey complete with Marzocchi Rear Shock and Sintessi Seat Post to match.
Origionaly it had full XT components but set up for V Brakes.
It was fully restored 2 years ago and set up by Barry Nuttal Bikes of Carlisle. At this point it was upgraded to Disc Brakes as the origional frame was intended. Everything is Shimano XT with exception of Rear Mech which is XTR.
The crank and bottom bracket was replaced 1 year ago with a Shimano Hollow-Tech XT Set-Up. Other more modern additions are the Handle Bar Grips a new set of Panaracet Comp Tyres. A new FSA Head Set and Sintessi Decals with additional Helecopter Tape for protection has also been added.
All levers and Shifters are XT - It also comes complete with Shimano SPD Pedals, Sellia Italia Seat and Marzocchi Bomber Front Forks & Origional Club Roost Bars. Wheels and Hubs are also Shimano XT 26".
It is a stunning looking bike and although it has done far more miles on the roof of my car than trails I will be very sad to see it go. The bike has always been kept in a dry safe place and still has origional bushes which are fully functional.
The rear Marzocchi Shock was fully reconditioned by Windwave the UK Dealer recently.
