single speed suntour cassette hub?

Hi, Does any one know if this is possible having different splines and locking mechanism to more popular brands? Any suggestions on how it can be achieved? Cheers

Don't some people just use plastic pipe cut to the right length instead of spacers? No mucking about with splines etc.

thanks, i've heard of the plastic pipe fix never tried it though, the splines for the single cog are where i'm stuck and locking it down.

Not tried it myslef but wouldn't you have to split up a Suntour cassette and use one of the cogs off it and then use the smallest cog as the lock ring. If you take a look on eBay there's a couple of US based ebay shops that do old suntour parts and they might be able to provide NOS Suntour spacers for the job, bit pricer than most but very helpful chaps.
