Single chainset - cotter pin fitting

Hi - I am a bit of a newbie but have ended up being given a lovely old road racer - Peugeot - and I want to make it a 'fixie'. I need a single chainset with a cotterpin fitting - any ideas? New or secondhand.

I have a couple here, one is for 1/8 chain with no chainguard, other is 3/32 with a chainguard... both are Thun (German quality)... can supply a BB too
