I went for an evening ride around Bristol in he wind and rain on the road and saw this sign, made me giggle and think there must be more out there !

I did see a sign for a 'Fitness and Rehab Centre' which had been modified to read 'Fatness and Kebab Centre'.

No photo sadly.

We have a sign near us says "Anal Museum". It's supposed to say Canal Museum, but it gets modified do often they've given up replacing it.

Again sadly no pics, but as a boy my local train station sign on the platform, which was meant to red Acocks Green, had been doctored to read My Cocks Green. It remained that way for years also.
