I know of an all steel billy £400 frame & forks in cameleon green if people are interested. photo is kinda deceiving as tyre clearance is pretty good.

Didn't mean tyre clearance - there looks to be almost no clearance between the crank arm and the chainstay. Bet you could get the crank to rub just with your hands, never mind your more powerful legs!
