rear (mega 9) mech m953 rapid rise. good working order with ceramic jockeys also in good shape. minus some minor facial scuff and fade, this mech shifts nicely. takes some getting used to though 
only flaw is the missing little rubber boot that sits next to cable clamp. no mechanical detriment, more a protective device from manufacturer.
