An Ultegra ST-6600G Left hand STI lever (double version), FlightDeck compatible model.
Bought with a bundle of parts that a bike shop had listed (most of which were NOS items without packaging). I strongly suspect this a 'take-off' from a new bike: there are a few very minor cosmetic signs from storage but no indications of actual use on a bike. It still has the plastic nameplate shrinkwrap attached.
