Shimano inline gear indicator

My old XTR M960 STIs came with a set of inline gear indicator windows that replaced a small section of cable outer. Never seen them on any other models but I've just realised that I'd quite like to have one for a rear shifter that has no window (I can just about remember which of the front chainrings I'm in). Anyone have one of these - or a set - kicking around?
