shimano fh hg20 free hub (36 hole) and 7 speed hyperglide cassette.
Both in excellent condition. bearings have just been checked and regreased but aren't shown as i took pics with it disassembled.
cassette is 13-23t so not ideal if you like hill climbing or pain!
