H hex Dirt Disciple Apr 27, 2008 #1 Has anyone got a spare cup from a knackered ES70/71 (original hollowtech xt) bottom bracket? I've just pulled a bb from an old frame and the cup side is chewed up to the degree that I can't A. Get it out, B. reasonably expect to use it. cheers.
