Shimano bolt caps for pre LP cranks.

You know the ones! The little silver caps that Shimano put over the bolts in XT and DX cranks... two little holes in, a bugger to get out... well I want some for the Orange so if anyone can help?

I will also accept some black ones (out of Exage or LX cranks) if not silver ones are out there.
