Shimano AM45 shoes and DX pedals

I've moved over to flats so I'm selling these, both have had very little use but right shoes has a a couple of scratches on the flap over the laces.

What size would you say the shoes fit best 8 or 9?

I know shimano sometimes come up a bit small.

I'm a 9 normally and they are very snug, since buying them I've read a few reviews and a fair few people who are size 8 are using this size.

Only gone back to flats after having a big crash on Dowies which I can only put down to Spďs!

Here are a few pics of my flats - they are Nukeproof Electrons. Light, grippy, strong and with a very nice low profile. They are in very good condition. I have only used them half a dozen times. The bearings are very smooth. Oddly I'm going in the opposite direction to you - having used spds since Shimano brought their first one out I thought I would try flats and find that I much prefer spds.

As to Shimano shoe sizing my advice is to go a size up from what you normally wear. I'm normally a 44 but a 45 in Shimano. I have the flats version of the shoe you are selling. I'd swap those too if you were the same size...

On the wider side I would say.....I never found the size a problem.
