Wanted a pair of these, just the levers. Might consider calipers too if price is right...

Re: Shimano 600EX levers BL-6207

I think you will find that the levers in the image are 6208. I have a pair of 6207 but they have no hoods

Re:

Thanks for your msg. I borrowed the pic from velobase - one of 3 shown there from the same source, an ebay seller, and the 3rd pic shows "BL-6207" under the hood. Thus I assumed that the pic I used was the same.

I bow to your experience though. Are your levers similar in design, i.e. drilled/slotted etc? And how much for them? NOS prices are way beyond me. Hopefully some hoods might be available too from somewhere - I hear diacompe(?) ones are a goodish compromise.

Re: Shimano 600EX levers BL-6207

I got some generic hoods off eBay pretty cheap the 6207s are quite similar and I also have a set of 6208 callipers same as 6207 but with a sort of gold finish it your interested in both I would do them for £32.85 posted

Re: Shimano 600EX levers BL-6207

Mine are 6208 levers with tan hoods (albeit they are far from perfect however they are passable). Calipers are 6208 as well but do not include brake pads, unless I dig a bit deeper. I'd be looking for £35 posted

Re: Shimano 600EX levers BL-6207

Thanks both for looking. My local bike shop had a rummage too - and found a pair of levers. So need satisfied!
