shimano 600 tri colour hub body

Hi I have an old shimano 600 tri colour hub. The free hub body is knarckard lots of play. Does anyone know if it can be replaced with a standard shimano hub body I can easily get hold of.

The cassette is an 8 speed shimano hyperglide if that means anything.
