Shimano 3.3.3 Power Brake

This was new to me. Saw a weird fold-up shopper kind of thing today at the local second hand
store, but it was the brakes that caught my eye. Always thought Magura where the first with
hydraulic rim brakes.

Everyday a school day, and as they say, nothing new in cycling. Out of curiosity, anyone
ever used these? I'd imagine they would be "good" for a vintage tandem.

Any idea what these are worth?

My LBS has had a set for years and want me to try and shift them.
