I'm thinking of swapping out the 12T sprocket for an 11T on my 12-27 cassette - anyone got a spare 11T Shimano 9-speed sprocket in good condition going spare? It's going to go on a Dura Ace so decent quality ideally.

Cheers! :)

You might need a smaller lockring too. There is a difference between 12 and 11 speed ones.

Maybe not on da, but you'd have to check

Try Rosebikes, they do single new sprockets. The German importer for Shimano brings in way more stuff than the UK one.

Thanks for that info - the postage is a bit of a pain at 9 Euro plus 5 for the sprocket, so might end up being easier just to buy a whole 9-speed cassette in decent condition!

Rose definitely works better if you buy a load of stuff. A lot of other components are waaay cheaper - look at Shimano dynamo hubs!
