Sherlock needed - identify parts

Got this nice titanium seatpost but can't identify the brand. It's 25.4 clamp.

Previous owner said about fishbone sticker on it.

Don't think it's USE. They clamp system is totally different.

Fishbone used to make BMX components, given it's size that's probably what it is

Simplon, along with others used the ultimate sports engineering clamp style, the ti shaft with the alloy head looks like it, but i cant say for sure, kinda looks a little homemade/pre production, the nylock nuts look far more recent.
