Servicing rock shox forks?

I have done some forum searches but havent found anything.

I have two sets now that I would like to be serviced, I am getting braver in the garage but is this something that a halfwit can do? or leave it to someone who knows what they are doing?

if so who do you recommend? sort of costs involved?

Anyone here? rather line a retrobikers pockets than a shop etc?

I have this horrible thought of exploding bits all round the garage or ending up with a handfull of things once they are back together

I'm sure someone can help, there was a web site that had a fantastic guide to servicing forks, its gone now but some techy bod might know how to still view it. It was fork ninja or summat.

Ooowww that looks good, I always use the search butttons but they dont pick up in the archive and I never think to look in there
