Re:

I'd be interested in a manual too.
Marcin, did you fit new seals?

Hi Guys
It was ages ago...
From memory to pull the leg You need just remove the steel ring beeing just above the oil seal and under the dust seal (it's working same as seger ring, but have no holes for tool...) and jerk stanchion quite strong (stanchion wlii remove also the seal, so that's why You need to use some power)
Of course before You'll start You need release whole air from fork!
I was fitting new seals to my fork - it wasn't difficult, You need press them when stanchion is in the fork and then lock by the steel ring But finding new seals was real problem here... Finaly I bought ones in hydraulic shop, but they wasn't as perfect as oryginal ones..

Re:

I'm sory, but I do not remember exactly... I just measured how much oil I spilled from legs (R & L separatly ofc)...

Re:

Just for the sake of the WWW Memory Lane, and as it took me ages to find the correct info:

Got that in a 06.1995 article from the O2 Bikers magazine, based on factory info they got for the Rond WP:
Refill oil till 38mm from top of plunger, no viscosity indicated.
But in Mountain Biking UK, May 94, about the Hydro Pro I: factory viscosity 7.5W (5W for race use).

It worked fine for mine (Hydro Pro II). All seals easily found at an industrial seal counter...

Factory Manual for recommended air pressure and settings:
Rider Weight (kg)/Air pressure (bar)/Click setting
50-60/2.4-2.6/1
55-65/2.4-3.0/1-2
60-70/2.6-3.2/1-3
65-75/2.6-3.2/1-4
70-80/2.8-3.4/1-5
75-90/2.8-3.6/1-6
And if you want to re-enact some historical racing (probably using 5W oil):
Bart Brentjens/3.2-3.6/1-4
Mike Kluge/2.9-3.4/1-3

Cheers.
