Seat Post Clamp 28.6mm

Does anyone have a 30mm anodised seat post clamp up for grabs? Looking for something like a Hope in red or blue. Will consider others.

Just managed to measure seat tube with some callipers and its actually 28.6mm. So anyone got a Hope etc etc knocking about?
