blue, 19 inch from approx 1998 steel tubing. To give you an idea I think the whole bike cost £450 so it's that sort of quality. Despite it's age is in good nick as only saw 2 or 3 years of activer service. No dents etc just usual cable scuffs. Attached is a headset, BB and some cranks, but no chain rings.
