Yeah, and it happens every day...

It would be fantastic for this to happen. I am procuring performance enhancing substances in preparation.

lots of roads closed so that lycra wearing road bikers can have a race ? no thanks , not my cup of tea.....

The biggest Cycle race on the planet 'might' be coming to the UK - that can only be good for cycling in our country, surely?

Doesn't matter if it's road, mountain or going round an oval track.

The French don't do anything for the benefit of anyone else including their friends - look at the beef scandal. They lost the Napoleonic wars, they are trying to run europe through the EEC and should therefore stay out of Britain or rename the Tour de France. In any case why should we pay to have it? Who will pay for the police overtime?
