For U-brakes or rollercams front and rear, yes fork aswell.
has been painted by previous owner and not built since, some marks from shed storage but the only noticeable flaw would be a flat spot near the headtube - but it really is hardly noticable. also the NDS bottom bracket cup was left in during respray, easily removed by your LBS.
believ it or not I dont really want to sell but I need space and money at the moment so.............................
