think its what sara called 21" (not 100% sure, but looks a little bigger than the 19" i had)

Forks are quite rare.
There's a great article on here in the archive section where mountain bike action do a head to head against a kona kilaeua. It's a good quality scan and well worth reading.
£100 is about right I reckon, looks a very good example. Which is quite a bargain as that wouldn't get you much of a kona let alone with some P2s by comparison. Horses for courses though.
