Looks like it has some updgraded parts, but from watching them on eBay for quite a while, they usually go for £120-150. Seem to fetch more on here to be honest.

Is that not a 93 model? The 92 Kili Racer had the cables along the top of the top tube not on the side.

The Kili Pro upwards had them along the side.

The early production year 1992 Kili Racers had the cables routed along the top of the top tube. They also had different dropouts. This is the version shown in the 92 catalogue.

Later 1992 production bikes had the side routing and 'Saracen' embossed drop-outs as seen on this bike.

The original spec would've been mostly Deore LX, so this one has been upgraded with the XT mechs, but the wide profile cantis are a couple of years too early. The stem looks like a 91 version rather than originally specced 'Ritchey Forcelite'. The wheelset looks to be worth at least half the asking price though with NOS XT hubs, NOS 117 rims and tidy skinwalls too.
It looks like a good buy.

Personally I would've split it.
