Now let me start by saying I think this is a 94 Saracen Kili team frame. Im mainly going by the fact it had Deore LX components and Ritchey 440 rims. I guess it could be a Traverse FS but those components are wrong for that. Still happy to be corrected by anyone who knows for sure. Serial number is in the pics if anyone knows how to decipher
First of all there is a dent in the tt. Also it has really bad lacquer peel. That's why it's cheap. It does want refinishing which I won't get around to so passing it on. Size is 18" c to c or 20" c to top. BB threads are all good. For a 1"1/8 fork.
