Wanted Santa Cruz headtube badge

Hi all,
Does anyone have a head tube badge from a Santa Cruz from aprox 2010 like that pictured they will sell? This is for an 1 1/8" headtube, Im not sure if they made these for larger headtubes, but I'd want it to be from an 1 1/8" frame.
