Salsa ahead stem 150 mm centre to centre, for 1-1/8 but I can supply a shim to fit a 1 inch steerer. Condition is not perfect, I'd say 6 or 7 out of 10. There are some scratches ere and there, but nothing that's really noticeable until you look closely.
