Just about to start a new project, my first road bike build. Had a Raleigh Record Sprint as a teenager, and want to build a 531 Raleigh of some sort. So I am having a clear out to hopefully kick me off.
Items are all for sale, or I will swap the lot for a 56cm Raleigh 531 frame!
Here are the goods:
Shimano STX RC crank parts. This had a bent crank arm, which I snapped trying to straighten out... So good for the parts, the rings are fine, the guard is fine and the left crank is fine. How's £8 sound? NOW SOLD
Shimano BB, LP26, 1.37 x 24, running smooth with crank bolts included. How about £6?
Shimano gear / brake levers for 18 speed, might be of use to someone! £5?
Gloss black 1 1/8 stem from a GT Tempest. Usual surface rust on bolts. £4?
Steel 1" stem from Claud Butler complete with dent...SOLD
FSA stem, slight surface rust to bolts and a few surface scratches. SOLD
Wellgo Bear Traps, 1 reflector missing, few scratches but good overall. SOLD
Bar ends. £2 each or £3 for both? the shorter ones are scratched and need a bit of cosmetic TLC. XLITE BARS NOW SOLD
Knackered saddle on a long, scratched 26.4 post. SOLD
Shimano skewer. £2.50
Also got a GT Tempest front fork in yellow, 1 1/8, £15? will try and sort a pic out....
The Shimano front mech and unbranded chrome seat retainer are yours for free with any other purchase, you probably won't want them anyway!
